EDUCATION

Gardening in South West Florida can be challenging and rewarding. The hot and humid summers, dry winters, sandy soils, high salt micro environments, numerous pests, weeds and insects can daunt the most committed gardener. Thankfully, we have a very active community of Master Gardeners who provide a wealth of information about plants that will thrive in this area. Gardening classes are held at several locations including local nurseries, Rotary Park and The Edison & Ford Winter Estates among others.
