| Cups of Cheer | Garden therapy program - Monthly visits to a Senior living facility, making small flower arrangements with residents. |
| Directory | Annual compilation of the directory containing information about the Club and members’ contact details |
| 50/50 Draw | Selling tickets and drawing winning ticket for monthly fund raiser at club meetings. |
| Floral Design | Leads the floral design group and educates members in the art of floral design |
| Flower Show in even years | The committee organizes our Standard Flower Show |
| Fun With Flowers | Chair arranged workshops four times a year for the public enabling Participants to make Holiday themed arrangement (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Halloween and Thanksgiving) |
| Historian / Scrapbook | Annual Scrapbook preparation |
| Museum of History Rose Garden | Team maintains the Rose Garden at the Cape Coral Museum of History |
| Holiday Party | Committee arranges the Club’s annual holiday party, registering members, recording payments, booking caterer, planning, entertainment |
| Hospitality | Organizes roster for hosts and greeters at meetings and social events . Hosts provide simple refreshments |
| Horticulture | Growing plants at home for various club needs. Participating in making plant labels for our annual March in the Park fundraiser |
| Inspirational Message | Provides an inspirational message at the monthly meetings and leads the club in the Pledge of Allegiance |
| Marty Ward Merit Awards | Canvassing and selecting worthy recipients from local High Schools for annual Marty Ward and Donna Conway monetary awards |
| New Member Orientation | Integration of new members |
| Newsletter | Preparing monthly club newsletter |
| Photo Contest | Annual photography contest to select the winning photo submitted by a club member that is used for the cover of our annual Yearbook |
| Photography | Photographer for club meetings, events & trips. |
| Plant a Tree | Intermittent collections at club meetings to benefit National Garden Club’s Plant a Tree program |
| Publicity | Preparing and distributing info to local press |
| Special Events | Selecting a venue and arranging our monthly trips to places of interest |
| Social Media | Maintain social media presence on Facebook and Instagram |
| The Breeze weekly articles | Chair coordinates weekly columnists for the Cape Coral Breeze articles on Horticulture and environmental matters written by a volunteer team of writers |
